wnidb Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the terms governing use of the wnidb platform. Please read it in full before opening an account.
General Provisions
wnidb ("we", "us", or "Platform") is an online casino and betting service provider operated for adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement and every user must read them carefully before using the Platform.
In these Terms, "user" or "player" refers to any person registered on the wnidb platform. By accessing the Platform or using its services you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.
1.1 Scope of Terms
These Terms apply to all services on wnidb, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other services that are currently or may in the future be added to the Platform.
1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and play on the wnidb platform you must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may request proof of age documents when necessary.
2.2 Registration Terms
At the time of registration you must confirm the following:
- All information provided is true, accurate and complete.
- You are creating the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person.
- You have or will have only one account on wnidb.
- You are not subject to any ban related to prior use of the Platform.
2.3 One Person One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary, we may request the following documents to verify your identity:
- A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This is a security measure to help keep your funds safe.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request permanent closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed (terms apply).
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on wnidb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account immediately after successful verification.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
4.3 Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person. Violation of this rule may result in account closure.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
wnidb takes the utmost care to prevent money laundering. In the event of suspicious financial transactions, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and take the necessary steps accordingly.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made within the specified time.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be used once only.
- Bonuses apply to your own account only — they are not transferable.
- Some games may contribute at a different percentage towards bonus wagering requirements.
- A maximum bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
- The expiry date of each bonus will be communicated with the respective offer.
5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers
wnidb reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be duly notified of any changes to ongoing offers.
Fair Play Policy
6.1 Game Fairness
All games offered on wnidb are tested and operated using certified, impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error during play, the result of that game will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded. Server log records will be considered final.
6.3 Finality of Game Results
Once the result of a game has been determined and recorded in our system, it is considered final. A review will only be conducted in the case of a verified technical error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnidb platform:
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system (bonus hunting, arbitrage).
- Using computer programs, bots or automated software to play games.
- Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other players or using fraudulent strategies.
- Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Sending hateful, offensive or obscene messages.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
wnidb strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party service providers. wnidb will not be held liable in such circumstances.
8.2 Liability for Financial Losses
wnidb is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of playing games. The player is solely responsible for their bets and financial decisions.
8.3 Internet Connection
wnidb is not obliged to compensate for any loss in an ongoing game caused by an internet disconnection. However, in the case of a technical error, a decision will be made after reviewing the server logs.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data is stored securely using SSL encryption technology. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
